摘要 辽河油田钻井液常用的降粘剂中,FCLS含铬,有毒,硅氟降粘剂加量大,成本高,无毒降粘剂抗温能力差。辽河石油勘探局钻井二公司泥浆公司研制出了聚合酸降粘剂。该剂由多元醇等天然大分子分别经柠檬酸和碱处理后,在一定工艺条件下共聚而成。室内试验对比评价了聚合酸降粘剂在不同体系中的降粘性能以及与其它处理剂的配伍性能,评价了以聚合酸降粘剂为主钻井液的抗水泥、盐和粘土污染的能力,以及该体系的抗温性能和高温高压滤失性能。结果表明,聚合酸降粘剂的加量为0.5%-1.5%,降粘效果与FCLS相当,抗盐、抗粘土污染能力比SF降粘剂强,抗温能力达130℃。聚合酸降粘剂钻井液在46口井上得到了成功应用,取得很好的效果和经济效益,与SF体系在同井队同区块同井深条件下的应用情况比较,钻井液成本节省25%,钻速提高17.4%。聚合酸降粘剂与聚合物不分散钻井液和硅氟钻井液转化简便易行,钻井液易维护处理。 An acidized polymer drilling fluid thinner was developed and manufactured by Drilling Fluid Company of the Second Drilling Fluid Company, Liaohe Oilfield. This thinner is a kind of low M. W. polymer prepared through co-polymeration of the natural high M. W. polyalcohols by treating them with citric acid and caustic. A series of tests on thinning effect, resistance to contamination of cement, salt, and clay, temperature resistance, HTHP filtration rate and chemical compatibility were conducted with this thinner in comparison with SF-260 (a non-toxic thinner) and FCLS. The tests revealed that the thinning effect of 0. 5%-1. 5% of this thinner is similar to that treated with FCLS and its resistance to salt and clay contamination is better than SF-260. The temperature resistance of it is about 130 C From application of it in 46 wells can be clearly seen that the excellent economic and engineering effects were obtained, the drilling fluid cost was reduced by 25% and drilling rate was enhanced by 17. 4%. The maintenance and treatments of this mud and the conversion of this type mud into non-dispersed polymer mud and silicon-fluorine mud and reverse is quite easy and simple.
