摘要
物流节点企业间的协同是供应链物流管理的核心问题之一,信息共享能促进企业间的协同。文章提出了基于物流信息共享的协同激励模型,该模型引入了信息共享评价因子和与外界环境相关的调节系数,增加了激励的可靠性和真实性,保证了对由协同努力而增加的利润的准确分配,并有效的降低了代理成本。
Inter-enterprise coordination in logistics node is one of the key issues in supply chain logistics management, and information sharing can promote inter-enterprise coordination. This paper proposes a model of coordination incentive based on logistic information sharing. The model introduces the evaluation factor of information sharing and regulation coefficient correlated with external environment. It enhances the reliability and authenticity of incentive, guaranteeing the accurate distribution of profits increased by coordinative efforts, and effectively reduce the cost of agency service.
