摘要
标准化激励理论是正式数学模型的产物,建立在一系列假设的基础上。由于我国并不完全具备这些假设条件,基于标准化激励理论的激励机制难以发挥有效的激励作用。针对标准化激励机制的理论缺陷,本文提出了差异化激励理论,阐述了差异化激励理论框架和一系列差异化的激励机制。
Standardized motivation theory is the outcome of formal mathematics model based on a series of hypotheses. Since not all of these hypotheses are suitable for China, the motivation mechanism based on standardized motivation theory can hardly exert effective motivation function. In view of the theoretical defect of standardized motivation mechanism, this paper puts forward the differentiated motivation theory. It expounds the framework of differentiated motivation theory and a series of differentiated mechanisms.
