摘要
阐述了高校图书馆读者的满意度定义,影响因子和满意度的测评方法。并从读者满意的感受实际出发,讨论了图书馆满意度指标的确定和影响满意度的因素,从而提出满意度是相对的,不满意才是绝对的,只有从不满意到满意的矛盾的对立统一,才能有所发现,有所改进,有所创新,有所发展。
The paper has expounded the definitions of satisfaction degree, influence factors, and evaluation method in universities library. Based on this, the Authors also discussed the determination of satisfaction rate and influence factors of satisfaction. The paper point out: Satisfaction degree is relative while unsatisfaction is absolute. Only when unity of opposites in contradictions from unsatisfaction to satisfaction, can we have discovery, improvement, innovation and development.
