摘要
在高校合并的背景下,在信息技术高速发展的新时期,图书馆读者服务工作面临着转折时期,逐渐以现代的主动的服务模式取代传统的被动的服务模式。本文从馆舍环境、馆藏资源、技术设备和人这四个方面谈了如何在新的历史时期为读者提供人性化、现代化、信息化和网络化的服务。
Under the background of the merging of universities and in the new age of high speed development of IT technology, library reader service work is faced with a transition period, we should gradually replace the service mode from a traditional passive mode to a modem active service mode. This paper has discussed how to offer readers the services of personalization, modernization, IT application and networking in the new age from the four aspects of library environment, collection resources, technical equipments and people.
