摘要 本文进一步讨论了磷矿浆湿法脱硫的方法。实验考察了磷矿浆液相催化氧化净化低质量浓度SO2气体时,气体氧体积分数和SO2气体质量浓度对净化脱硫的影响,得出了一条SO2质量浓度与氧气体积分数比与反应时间关系的线性方程,并在磷化工厂对此脱硫方法进行了现场试验,取得了较好的净化效果。 The process of wet desulfurization with phosphate pulp was studied further. Effects of oxygen content and gas concentration on desulfurization was tested as removing low concentration SO2 gas by using phosphate pulp. A linear equation was obtained between X - SO2 and O2 concentration ratio[ mg/(m^3·% )] and Y- reaction timc(min). A site experiment on the desulfurization process was conducted in a phosphorus chemical plant, good purification effects were obtained.
