摘要
讨论了导电剂、粘结剂、干燥温度、泡沫镍基体对泡沫镍正极的影响.用不同配方、制造方法制成的泡沫镍正极与同种负极组装成AA型氢镍电池.对其电性能进行比较可知:导电剂及添加剂用量为10%(质量百分数)、粘结剂为5%(质量百分数)时有最佳电性能,分析了性能优良的原因.在15~95℃范围内烘干温度对容量无影响,泡沫镍本身的导电能力也不会有大影响.试验表明由这种泡沫镍正极组装成的电池综合性能优良.
The effects of conductors, binders, drying temperature, and foamed nickel substrate on the performances of foamed nickel electrodes were tested. Foamed nickel electrodes made by different compositions and technologies were assembled with the same kind of negative electrodes to get AA size Ni-MH batteries. It showed that the best performances can be achieved by using 10% conductor and 5% binder. The reasons of the good performances were discussed. The drying temperature in the range from 15C to 95C as well as the conductivity of nickel foam itself had a little influence on the battery capacity. Tests showed batteries assembled with this kind of foamed nickel electrodes had excellent multiple performances.
