摘要
分析多元醇、发泡剂、阻燃剂和CaCO3对多功能复合板用聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料性能的影响。结果表明,用羟值为(410±30)mgKOH/g和(450±30)mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇与羟值为(400±30)mgKOH/g的聚酯多元醇配合使用,制得的泡沫塑料密度和压缩强度较好,符合多功能复合板材生产要求;水和HCFC-141b配合作发泡剂使用时,泡沫体的工艺性及物理性能较好;水和环戊烷配合使用也能取得较好的发泡效果;将多种阻燃剂配合使用,阻燃效果理想。
The effect of polyol, foam agent, flame retardant and CaCO3 on property of rigid polyurethane foam plastic for muhifunetion sandwich is analyzed.The result shows that,the foam plastic prepared with coordinate mix of polyol including polyether polyol OH value(410±30) mgKOH/g and OH value (450±30) mgKOH/g,and polyester polyol OH value (400±30) mgKOH/g has better density and compressive strength and meets the requirement of multifunetion sandwich production,The process and physical property of foam are good when using HCFC-141h and H20 as foam agent.The good foaming effect can also be achieved when H2O is used with cyclopentane.The effect of flame-retardant will be satisfied when coordinate using various flame-retardants.
