摘要
液压流体的不稳定使液压元件的工作精度及使用寿命受到影响。通过把一些简单功能的液压元件进行改进设计,构成具有滤波功能的新元件,能有效地解决这一问题。对液阻、液容组成的滤波系统进行模型分析,并根据实际工作情况建立仿真模型,验证了液压阻容滤波系统的可行性,为液压阻容滤波器的设计提供了理论依据。
Hydraulic flow fluctuation effects the hydraulic components' working precision and service life. We combine some common hydraulic components, and make them into one new type hydraulic component, which can solve the problem. We analyze the model of the resistance - capacitance filter which is made up of fluid resistance and fluid capacitance, and build up the simulation test based on the real working situation. It proves the design applied and feasible and offers a design theory of the resistance - capacitance filter.
