Introduces the definition, the principle and the pattern of the fuzzy math especially the application of fuzzy math in assessment of logistics system planning. The application of it made up the defect that system planning was merely dependened on the qualitative analysis and logical estimation of estimator, and lacked for thereunder of quantitative analysis to estimate the project of logistics system.
