摘要
目的研究传统护理与整体护理两种护理模式下的甲亢患者围手术期心理反应的差别。方法将2004年接受甲状腺次全切除术的96例甲亢患者随机分为两组,整体护理组(48例),给予有计划的整体护理;对照组48例,仅给予传统的护理方法。结果显示接受整体护理的甲亢手术期患者的术前生理、心理反应有明显改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论手术室运用整体护理有利于缓解甲亢围手术期患者的心理反应。
Objective To evaluate the difference of perioperative psychological feedback on patients with hyperthyroidism using overall nursing and functional nursing. Methods 96 cases with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups. The different perioperative effects of two groups were observed. Results The physiological and psychological data of the patients using overall nursing were significant different from that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion It was important to use overall nursing on the patients with hyperthyroidism during perioperation period,
