摘要
以甲基磺酸和单质锡为原料,制备电镀用的甲基磺酸亚锡,通过正交试验优化出较佳的合成工艺条件:以90%的甲基磺酸和99.9%的锡粒为原料,反应温度145℃,金属锡与甲基磺酸的物质的量比1∶4,反应时间14 h,产品纯度可达90%以上,甲基磺酸亚锡溶液色泽透明。该工艺操作比较简单、无毒、无害、无三废排放,是一种环境友好的绿色工艺。
:A new process, in which high purity tin methane sulfonate is synthesized with Sn and methane sulfonic acid as starting materials, is studied in this paper. Conditions of the synthesis process are optimized by orthogonal experiment. The better conditions are as follows: materials: 90% methane sulfonic acid and 99.9% Sn; reaction temperature: 145℃; molar ratio of Sn and methane sulfonic acid : 1 : 4; reaction time : 14 hours with fast stirring. The purity of product can be up to 90%. The solution of the tin methane sulfonate is transparent. The operation in this study is easier and there are no poison, harmless to one's health and no waste in this new process.
