摘要
根据目前制丝工艺技术的发展方向,开发研制了单元式空调贮柜,适用于制丝加工过程中对各种烟草物料的在线贮存。该贮柜具有两项新功能:①独立调控单台贮柜内部空间环境的温湿度,可根据贮存物料的特性形成个性化贮存环境;②显著降低制丝线贮存环节空调的能源消耗。
In line with the development of primary processing technology, a modular type air-conditioned silo was developed for on-line tobacco material storing during primary processing. The silo featured two new functions: 1) capable of regulating the temperature and humidity inside the silo independently to create an atmosphere suitable for stored material; 2) obviously reducing the energy consumption for air conditioning in tobacco storage area in primary department.
