摘要
为提高上部烟叶的可用性,以10%(体积分数)的95%乙醇为夹带剂,采用超临界CO2流体萃取法降低上部烟叶中的烟碱,并对萃取前后的烟叶进行了常规化学成分分析和评吸。结果表明:①在18MPa、45℃和30MPa、60℃条件下萃取烟叶中的烟碱分别降低了15.08%和39.04%;②萃取对烟叶的总糖、还原糖、总氮、氯和蛋白质的影响较小;③萃取可以提高烟叶样品的烟气细腻性、柔顺感,降低刺激与劲头,减少杂气、改善余味,且对烟香浓度无显著影响。结论:超临界CO2流体萃取可选择性地脱除烟叶中的烟碱,采用适宜的萃取条件可将烟叶的烟碱含量降低到所需要的水平,有效提高上部烟叶的抽吸品质。
For improving the usability of upper leaves, tobacco was extracted with supercritical CO2 fluid using 10% (v/v) of 95% ethanol as an entrainer. The tobacco leaves were chemically analyzed and evaluated by panelists before and after extracting. The results showed that : 1 ) under the extracting condi tions of 18MPa, 45℃ and 30MPa, 60℃, the nicotine content in tobacco leaves reduced by 15.08% and 39.04%, respectively; 2) the effect of extracting on the total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, chlorine and protein in tobacco leaves was relatively less significant; 3) the smoothness and mildness of tobacco smoke were enhanced, offensive taste, strength and irritation reduced, and aftertaste was improved by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction, while flavor concentration was not affected significantly. It was concluded that the smoking quality of upper leaves could be effectively improved by selective reduction of nicotine in tobacco to a desired level with supercritical CO2 fluid extraction under proper conditions.
