摘要
研究了可以用于降解农作物秸秆的纤维素酶高产菌的筛选方法,通过利用刚果红纤维素粉琼脂培养基以及滤纸条培养基进行初筛,然后以玉米秸秆为发酵培养基进行复筛,筛选到纤维素酶活力较高的1株真菌b3.通过进行紫外诱变得到诱变菌株,其纤维素分解能力进一步提高.
The method for screening the high-yield cellulase strains degrading straw was studied. In initial screening, congo red cellulose agar was adopted as the culture medium in combination with a filter paper medium. By means of fermentation test of corn straw, the strain b3 of high cellulase activity was obtained. The mutant strain with high activity of cellulase was obtained from the strain b3 through the mutation with ultraviolet
