摘要
采用工业CCD摄像机实时摄取回转窑内图像,利用辐射传热学中的比色测温原理对回转窑内温度进行在线检测。由于在每帧图像中选取了合理的测量位置及面积,并分别对各区块采用帧内颜色平均法和一定时间段内帧间平均法,在很大程度上消除了由于窑体自转及烧成带物料下落而产生的测量误差。所选用的方法在消除噪声上优势显著。因此,所测结果的稳定性、可靠性比传统测量方法大大增强,基本避免了噪声对测量结果的干扰。
Industry CCD camera is adopted to take the image in the rotary kiln, and the theory of colorimetric temperature measuring method is used to on-line measure, the tempeature in rotary kiln. Because of choosing rational measuring position and area in every fram image, meanwhile taking equilibration method of grayness colour in one frame and equilibration one in every frame in specific time respectively, to a great extent, the measuring error caused by rotation of kiln and material in sintering belt and cooling belt is eliminated. The method has marked predominance with eliminating noise. So the stability and reliability of the test result have been significantly improved,and intereference of the noise on the test result is avoided basically.
