摘要
本文在建立个体动态性状数学模型同时,计算了模型参数估计误差方差,依此标准化模型参数,完善了动态性状遗传参数的估计方法。以滨白鸡8系的生长资料为例,估计了Gompertz模型中K、b、r3个参数的遣传力,分别为0.4097、0.3862、0.4467,而未经标准化模型参数估计方法所对应结果则是1.9914、1.6368、1.0599;且前者的估计精度亦高于后者。
Many traits of animal are dynamic.Common method used to estimate genetic parameters of those traits is to construct a mathematical model followed by analysing its genetic law upon the changing regular of a few parameters.However,the accuracy is lowered due to the difference of estimation errors of the same parameter among individuals.Sometmes,the result is even far away from reality.In this paper, the mathematical model is constructed, besides, estimation error variances of parameters are calculated and value of parameters are updated.One actual example will illustrate the advantages of the method.
