经验模式分解在循环平稳故障信号分析中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 对循环二阶统计量进行了分析,研究了交叉项产生的原因;结合旋转机械故障信号的循环平稳特性,将经验模式分解方法应用于旋转机械振动信号分析中,解决了应用循环平稳方法进行信号分析中出现的交叉项干扰问题.通过理论推导、仿真实验、真实数据验证,以及和原有方法进行比较,表明经验模式分解联合循环平稳分析方法能够有效地识别故障特征,并避免干扰项.极大地推进了循环平稳方法在旋转机械故障诊断中的应用. The two order cyclic staticstic is analyzed, and the producing cause of intersectional item is researched. With the cyclostationarity property of rotating machinery fault signal, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is applied to the analysis of vibration signal of rotating machine and the issue of interferential items in the method of cyclostationarity is figured out. Through theory deduction simulation and the test of real data, as well as a comparison with the original method, empirical mode decomposition with cyclic stationary can identify the fault attribute, avoid disturbing items, and imorove the application capability in the fault diagnosis of rotor machinery.
