摘要
利用常规软化点、低温延度、离析度试验,以及动态流变实验方法,研究室温下γ射线辐照后的热塑性弹性体(SBS)对改性沥青性能的影响。SBS辐照后,改性沥青的软化点和低温延度明显提高,在辐照剂量40 kGy时达到最高值。改性沥青的储存稳定性在辐照剂量 20 kGy时达到最佳。从动态流变实验的各个参数可以看出,辐照剂量低于30 kGy时,辐照 SBs改性沥青的性能都不低于未辐照SBS改性沥青;但当剂量超过30 kGy时,改性沥青的动态力学性能有一定的下降。
Using the conventional softening point, the low temperature ductility (5C) and the ARES rheometer dynamic temperature scanning measuring technique, we studied thermoplastic elas tomer (SBS) irradiated by γ-ray at the room temperature adding into XINGNENG 90base asphalt to raise its performance. When the asphalt modifier SBS irradiated, softening point and low temperature ductility of modified asphalt cement distinctly enhanced. When the dose was 40 kGy they achieved the maximum. The modified asphalt's storage stability was best when 20 kGy, the mixture forms a stable and homogeneous system. From each parameters of dynamic mechanical performance, when the irradiation dosage was under 30 kGy, the property of modified asphalt cement by irradiated SBS was not lower than the non irradiation SBS modified asphalt cement performance, But when the dosage surpassed 30 kGy, the modified asphalt cement performance descended more or less.
