摘要
胰岛β细胞功能演变是2型糖尿病是否罹患的关键环节。β细胞正常分泌胰岛素使机体维持正常的葡萄糖代谢,从正常糖耐量(NGT)进展至糖耐量减退(IGT)、2型糖尿病的过程中,机体β细胞功能不断变化,结合β细胞功能的生理、病理和演变规律,探讨在2型糖尿病的发生和进展过程中中医证型的变化,对于准确把握病机、分阶段论治2型糖尿病有重要的临床意义。
The islet β cell function is the determining factor of the occurrence of type 2 diabetes. The insu lin secretion from β cell maintains the normal balance in glucose metabolism organism. From NGT to IGT and diabetes, β cell function changes continuously. Based on physiological function, pathogenesis and evolvement rules of 13 cell, authors discussed the changes of different syndroms of TCM in the occurrence and development course of type 2 diabetes. The study will have the important clinical significance in finding type 2 diabetes pathogenesis and treating the disease at different stages.
