摘要
在建立钻头和齿孔复合坐标系的基础上,经严格的数学推导,导出了齿孔任一点的坐标表达式,进而建立了钢体PDC钻头相邻齿孔间距计算的数学模型,并运用优化计算方法精确计算任意两相邻齿孔间的最小距离,成功地解决了钢体PDC钻头齿孔间距的计算问题。利用上述计算方法及相应的计算机程序在钻头设计中能快速准确检查齿孔间距,避免齿孔干涉。
On the basis of the establishment of the combined coordinate system of a bit and its tooth hole, the coordinate expression for an arbitrary point of the tooth hole is worked out, thereby the mathematic model for calculating the space between the adjacent tooth holes is established, and the minimum space between arbitrary adjacent tooth holes can be calculated by the optimum calculating method. By using the above-mentioned methood and the relevant computer Program. the space between tooth holes can be checked rapidly and accurately to avoid tooth hole interference in the design Of a bit.
