摘要
研究了雄性不育系高粱11A与苏丹草3个杂交组合F1代的生育、产量、光合性能等主要农艺特性及细胞遗传学特性。结果表明,3个杂交组合F1代的生长势和平均株高均明显超过其各自父本苏丹草,继承了苏丹草分蘖能力强和高粱11A抗倒伏的优良特性,生育期126~130d,穗型呈双亲中间型;F1代花粉可育率均高达93%以上,结实性好,自然结实率62.34%~68.75%,杂交组合间差异不明显;F1代PMCMⅠ的平均染色体构型均为2n=2x=20(10Ⅱ),配对行为较规则,但棒状二价体频率明显高于其3个父本苏丹草和母本高粱11A,原亲本间遗传组成存在一定差异。综合分析植株生长、产量性状、光合性能等指标,得出3个杂交组合F1代的育种潜力依次为:高梁11A×棕壳苏丹草F1≥高梁11A×黑壳苏丹草F1〉高粱11A×白壳苏丹草F1。
The main agronomic characters, such as growth-development, yield, photosynthesis capability and so on,and cytogenetic characters of F1 hybrids between male-sterile llA of Sorghum bicolor and 3 kinds of S. sudanense were studied. The results showed that the F1 hybrids of 3 cross combinations were superior in growth potentiality and average height to their male parent Sudangrass,and were stonger in tiller vigor from S. sudanense and in lodging-resistance from S. sudanense,the growing period were ranging from 126 to 130 days,ear type was in the middle of parents ; the pollen fertility rate of F1 hybrids were higher and above 93% ,the seed set were high ranging from 62. 34% to 68. 75%, and there were no differences among cross combinations; its average chromosome pairing configurations in pollen mother cells at metaphase Ⅰ(PMCM Ⅰ ) was 2n=2x=20 (10 Ⅱ ), the chromosome pairing behavior was regular,but the frequency of rod bivalent was obviously higher than that of their parent S. sudanense and 11A of S. bicolor,and there were differences in heredity among their parents. On the basis of synthetical analysis of the indexes of plant growth,yield trait, photosynthetic capability etc. , the order of breeding potential of F1 hybrids of 3 cross combinations was as follows:S, bicolor 11A× brown hull S. sudanense F1≥ S. bicolor 11A × black hull S. sudanense F1 〉 S. bicolor 11A× white hull S. sudanense F1 .
