摘要
本研究介绍毛细管内磁性微粒(Fe2O3)的磁场定位实验,对磁性颗粒在毛细血管内的受力进行分析,得到了磁靶向药物的磁场定位条件。分析了药物载体直径及所包覆药物层厚度对定位所需最小磁场梯度的影响,以通电螺线管磁场为例探讨了病变部位离体表不同深度时定位治疗的方法,结果可供磁性载体设计和磁靶向药物定位治疗参考。
An experiment for sitting magnetic particles(Fe2O3 )in the capillary was introduced, forces that magnetic particles bear in the capillary are analyzed, the condition that magnetic particles are sited in the capillary is deduced out, the conclusion in this article may be consulted in designing magnetic carriers and sitting magnetic target drug.
