摘要 输油泵是保证顺利完成原油输送任务的关键设备,一旦发生故障,将严重影响正常生产,因此做好对输油泵的故障诊断工作具有重大的意义。介绍了模糊故障诊断模型,并将其应用于输油泵的故障诊断中,建立输油泵常见的8个故障症状集和引起这些症状的15个因素集,并用二元对比排序法确定隶属函数,从而确定症状的从属顺序,最后用模糊故障诊断模型确定引起症状的原因。将建立的模糊故障诊断模型应用于1台出现故障的输油泵故障诊断中,该模型最终诊断出引起这些故障的原因与实际诊断结果相符,说明此模型可以用于输油泵故障诊断,为故障诊断提供了新的方法。 The oil transmission pump is the key equipment for proper oil transmission. If a failure is caused in it, serious influence would be induced on normal production. Therefore it is of great significance for having a good diagnosis on oil transmission pumps. A model for fuzzy failure diagnosis is introduced and used for the oil pump diagnosis, 8 common failure symptom sets and 15 factor sets inducing the failures are established for the pumps. Two-element correlation-ordering method is deployed to establish the subordinate function and the slave order is determined for the symptom, eventually a fuzzy diagnosis model is used to determine the causes of symptom, and diagnose the pump failure. The diagnosed failure is consistent with the causes and actual diagnosing result. It is indicated that the model can be used for the pump failure diagnosis and provide a new method for the diagnosis of failures.
