摘要
探讨了汽车真空助力器密封检验标准的问题,提出并详细阐述了在真空助力器的工作过程中作用于密封性能的两个重要的原理,即3个平衡位置的原理和平衡位置的动态转换原理,这两个原理对真空助力器以及类似的气动装置的结构设计与工艺设计有非常重要的意义。同时,提出在真空助力器的密封检验中,应该增加卸载过程中的点下密封检验,并给出了通过特征曲线来分析密封性能的方法和通过皮锤敲击来提高密封检验速度的方法。
The air-proof inspection criterion of automobile vacuum booster was studied, and two rules acting on air-proof performance of vacuum booster in the working course, the rule of three positions in balance and dynamic conversion of positions in balance ,which attach importance to design in the aspects of technics and structure of vacuum booster and other airdriven devices alike, were put forward and illuminated. The air-proof inspection of the lower maximum aid-force point in the course of unload was proposed to put in practice in the load air-proof inspection, and the way to analyze air-proof perfonnance by looking over its characteristic curve and the way to enhance the assemblage efficiency of vacuum booster through continuous knock-out with a rubber hammer were presented.
