摘要
建立了大射电望远镜精调Stewart平台的有限元模型,对其位于典型工作位置的结构进行了刚度和模态分析。利用Ansys参数化设计语言(APDL)实现有限元模型的参数化设计,使之能对锁定在不同位姿的Stewart平台结构进行刚度和模态分析,从而计算出Stewart平台在其任务空间内的刚度和固有频率分布。根据伺服系统设计准则,进一步确定了Stewart平台的伺服带宽。
This paper establishes a finite element analysis (FEA) model for the fine tuning Stewart platform in large radio telescope, with Ansys software. Stiffness and modal analysis is conducted for the Stewart platform when it rests on certain typical working positions. By parameterizing the FEA model with ansys parameter design language (APDL), the stiffness and natural frequency distribution in the platform's task space is calculated. The servo bandwidth of the platform is determined in accordance with the design criteria of servo systems.
