摘要 目的观察牛血活性肽对小鼠两种不同类型缺氧耐受性的影响。方法采用常压耐缺氧法和对抗特异性心肌缺氧法观察小鼠存活时间。结果牛血活性肽延长小鼠在常压缺氧和特异性心肌缺氧条件下的存活时间。结论牛血活性肽显著提高缺氧小鼠的耐受力。 Objective The effects of the solution isolated from Blood Active Peptide observed on oxygen-deficient endurance induced by two kinds of anoxia models in mice. The studies on tolerating anoxia in mice were carried out by the test of the tolerance to normal pressures, by the test of the specificity myocardium under hypoxia. Results Extract were Methods anoxia under Blood Active Peptide Extract prolonged not only the duration of tolerance to anoxia under normal pressures , but under the specificity myocardium hypoxia. Conclusions Blood Active Peptide Extract increased their oxygen-deficient endurance.
