摘要
分析探讨了当前皮肤性病学多媒体教学实践中存在的主要问题：课件制作水平较低，教学主体的参与性不够，个性化教学受到限制。在此基础上提出了皮肤性病学多媒体教学改革与发展的思路：完善皮肤性病学多媒体教学课件；开发交互式皮肤性病学CAI课件，激发教学主体的积极性；借助数字化校园平台，开发基于网络的远程皮肤性病学教学课件；将医学模拟教学应用于皮肤性病学多媒体教学中；加强多媒体教学信息的反馈与交流。
The main problems existing in multimedia- aided teaching for dermatology and venereology are analyzed. They include such problems as the low level of multimedia courseware making, inadequate participation of students and restricted individualized teaching. Furthermore, the thought of promoting innovation and development of multimedia - aided teaching for dermatology and venereology with modem educational technology is discussed. （ 1 ） Reinforcing multimedia courseware of dermatology and venereology; （2） Exploiting interactive CAI courseware of dermatology and venereology and stimulating students＂ enthusiasm; （3） Exploiting distance education courseware of dermatology and venereology based on the Interact with the help of digital campus web ; （4） Applying simulated medical teaching in multimedia - aided teaching of dermatology and venereology ; and （ 5 ） Strengthening feedback and communication of multimedia - aided teaching information.
