摘要
棉织物生物酶精练作为一种环保、节能的清洁化生产工艺,近年来受到国内外普遍重视。文章研究了自制碱性果胶酶、中性纤维素酶、中性-碱性蛋白酶和木聚糖酶组成的复合生物酶精练棉织物的漂白、染色性能,并与碱精练织物进行了比较。结果表明,复合酶精练可以作为碱精练的替代工艺。
As an eco-friendly, energy-saving and clean production process, enzymatic scouring of cotton fabric has become popular recently at home an abroad. Pectinase, especially alkali pectinase, is considered to have excellent scouring effect. The article investigates the bleaching and dyeing properties of the cotton fabric scoured with a self-developed enzyme admixture based on alkali pectinase, neutral cellulase, neutral-alkali protease and xylanase and compares the fabric with conventional alkali-scoured fabric. The results show that enzymatic scouring with the enzyme admixture can substitute conventional alkali scouring.
