The pour-sprinkling preparation of 0.5 % Ivermectin in a dose of 0.3,0.4 and 0.5mg/kg. were given to sheep by means of single pour-sprinkling the skin along center line on bodyback of sheep. Ivermectin in a dose of 0.2mg/kg. was injected as control. The results showed that negative rate of nematode ova of alimentary canal in the sheep of 0.3mg/kg. and 0.4mg/kg. groups were 85% and 90%, and the reductive rote were 89. 1% and 95.9%, respectively. The negative rate of protstrongylus larvae were 60% and 75 %, and the reductive rate were 77.2% and 86.7 %, respectively. The both negative rate and reductive rate of nematode ova of alimentary canal in the sheep of 0.5mg/kg. group were 100%, and the negative rate and reduetive rate of protstrongylus larvae in dose 0.5mg/kg. were 85% and 95.4%, respectively. The results of amatomical examination showed that the three dose of Ivermectin pour-sprikling preparation had good effect for many nematodes in alimentary canal and breath canal of sheep, The total deworming were rate 90.8%, 95.6% and 99.7%, respectively. The dewonning effect dose 0.5mg/kg. of Ivermeetin pour-sprikling preparation and 0.2mg/kg. injection was same. Shep can bear 1.0mg/kg. dose which given by skin, The experiment proved that Ivermeetin peur-sprikling preparation was effective and safe for deworming nematode by means of giving medicine through skin. The clinical recommendation dosage, was 0.5mg/kg.
