摘要
目的改变护士职责不清、人员缺乏、人力资源浪费的现象,合理使用护理人员,提高护理的安全性、专业性。方法全院设置43名护士站秘书替代办公室护士工作,护士充实临床一线直接分管病人。结果护士站秘书专职化,对医疗、护理工作起到良好的辅助作用,医疗、护理工作更加顺畅,一线护理人力增加,实现了护士的合理配置。结论护士站秘书的设置,使护士职责更加专业化,缓解了护理人员紧缺的现状。
Objective To resolve the problems of unclear duties of nurses, personnel insufficiency and waste of human resource ,to utilize nursing staff reasonably and improve the safly and professionalization of nursing, Methods 43 secretaries in nurse' s station took place of the duties of office nurses,and professional nurses were all assigned to manage and care patients directly. Results The full - time secretary in nurse' s station played a favorable assistant role in medical treatment and nursing service,which facilitated medical and nursing service to be run more smoothly, increased nurses who participate in nursing directly,and realized the reasonable nurse staffing. Conclusion The assignment of full - time secretary in nurse' s station make nurses' duties more professional and can relieve the shortage of nursing staff.
