摘要
回顾近年来Ni-P-纳米颗粒化学复合镀的研究现况;简单介绍了纳米颗粒复合镀的机理、镀液中各成分的作用、纳米颗粒的分散、纳米复合镀层的结构和性能.指出纳米化学复合镀在今后的研究方向——纳米颗粒的分散和功能性复合镀层.
Studies on electroless plating of nickel phosphorus - nano TiO2 particle composites in recent years were reviewed. Mechanism of electroless plating of composite, functions of bath components, dispersion of nano particles, structure and properties of electroless composite coatings were described. By means of different tests, the influence of TiO2 content in bath, plating time, agitation, surfactant on TiO2 content in the plated film has been introduced. Study trends of electroless composite coatings in the future were proposed, which are dispersion of nano particle and functional composite coating.
