摘要
通过用垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)的方法,对美国红鱼(Sciaenops ocellatus)鳍条组织的4种同工酶(LDH,POD,ATP,EST)的表达进行研究,并与眼睛、肌肉、心脏、肝脏、脾脏和肾脏等6种组织或器官的4种同工酶(LDH,POD,ATP,EST)表达进行比较.结果表明:在鳍条组织中共表达出12条酶带,与其他几种组织或器官相差不多,可以替代其他组织或器官作为同工酶检测的材料之一,从而避免杀死鱼类来作同工酶分析,大大减少了科研成本并明显简化了实验步骤.
By the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, four isozymes ( LDH, POD, ATP, and EST) in seven different tissues and organs (eye, muscle, heart, liver, spleen and kidney) of Sciaenops ocellatus were also analyzed. The results showed that twelve isozymes bands were expressed in the fin tissue of Sciaenops ocellatus, there is not special difference with other tissues and organs. The physiological significance was discussed in relation to the extensive tissue - specific distribution of the isozymes ; Fin tissue can be used as the suitable material to do noninvasive isozymes analysis.
