摘要
微生物学是一门实验性很强的一门课程,本、专科学生微生物实验教学的重点应是培养学生微生物操作的基本技能,为完成后续课程的学习与毕业后在工作岗位上独立进行微生物基本实验操作打下坚实的基础.但由于微生物形态微小等的特殊性,致使微生物实验课教学的难度很大.近年来,笔者在微生物实验的教学中以基础实验为突破口、强调菌落特征的重要性、以成就感激发学生做好实验主动性、以学生自制临时标本代替装片标本、以仿真操作取代模拟操作、学生轮流参与实验准备,以及组织学生进行一定的科研活动措施,对于强化学生的微生物基本操作技能具有明显的效果.
Microbiology is a practical course. It is very important that students should be trained intensively for the basic operational skills during microbiological teaching course, which are necessary for the persons in microbiological production and studies, in order that the students can do the microorgmaisrn operation by themselves after graduation. In the view of that, we insisted on training students' skills on the basic mierobiologic operation, by the kernel of activating the students' initiative for doing microbiologic experiments by achievement sense, by participating in the experimental preparation in turn, by practical operation instead of simulative operation and so on.
