摘要
用放射免疫法对急进海拔2800m和4700m地区3个月期间的同一男性青年人群血清雌二醇(E2)含量进行动态测定,以了解其变化规律和可能意义。结果:在不同梯度上,随着海拔高度的上升和大气压、大气氧分压的下降,血清E2显著降低;在海拔4700m同一梯度上,在一定时期内随着暴露低氧环境时间的延长,E3亦呈显著性递减。提示高原低氧为直接原因;是机体对内分泌等一系列复杂变化的适应性和代偿性改变;可能还参与了某些高原病的机理。
he serum estradiol(E2)were measured by radioimmunoassay in 70 young males at 2 800and 4 700m altitudes,respectively,for studying the dynamic changes of serum E2 in human enter-ing into altitude rapidly.The results showed that the serum E2 decreased significantly with alti-tudes elevating,At 4 700m altitude.the serum E2 showed a tendency of continuous decrease within90 days.It was considered that hypoxia might be the cause of the serum E2 changes and the serumE2 chaiige might relate with high altitude sickness;
