摘要
目的研究α甲基酰辅酶A消旋酶(AMACR)在正常胃黏膜上皮和胃腺癌组织中的表达。方法制作正常胃黏膜和胃腺癌组织微阵列。应用免疫组织化学方法,观察13例正常胃黏膜和131例胃腺癌组织AMACR和P53蛋白表达。结果13例正常胃黏膜上皮AMACR和P53蛋白表达均为阴性。131例胃腺癌中,AMACR阳性43例(32.8%),P53蛋白阳性61例(46.6%),两者间的表达有一定关联。100例中高分化腺癌中,AMACR阳性40例(40%);31例低分化腺癌中,AMACR阳性仅3例(10%),两者的差异有显著性(P<0.005)。结论AMACR高表达与部分胃腺癌的发生有关,且与肿瘤组织分化程度相关。
Objective The expressions of α-methylacyl-CoA racemase (AMACR) in normal gastric epithelium and gastric cancer tissue were investigated. Methods Tissue microarrays of normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer were constructed. Expressions of AMACR and P53 protein in 13 normal gastric mucosa and 131 gastric cancer tissue were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results AMACR and P53 were negative in all 13 normal gastric mucosal specimens. Out of 131 cases of gastric cancer, AMACR was positive in 43 cases (32.8%), P53 in 61 cases (46.6%) with expressions of AMACR correlative to that of P53 protein. 40/100 cases showed positive AMACR in gastric cancer tissuc with well and medium differentiation, but only 3 in 31 cases demonstrated poor differentiation, showing significant difference (P〈0. 005). Conclusions High expression of AMACR is related to tumorigenesis in a portion of gastric cancer and in tern relative to the degree of differentiation. (Shanghai Med J, 2006,29 : 34 35)
