摘要
研究了在含有结晶紫、亚甲基兰和番红花红T的培养液中,盐泽螺旋藻的生长状况和盐泽螺旋藻对这三种染料的脱色能力。当结晶紫浓度为20mg·L^-1时,盐泽螺旋藻在实验的第2天开始黄化失绿,并且逐渐死亡;当亚甲基兰和番红花红T浓度为20mg·L^-1时,盐泽螺旋藻的第8天生长速率分别是对照组的85%和89%。当亚甲基兰的浓度为15mg·L^-1时,盐泽螺旋藻对亚甲基兰的8天脱色率为98.9%。当番红花红T浓度为5mg·L^-1时,盐泽螺旋藻对番红花红T的8天脱色率为95.6%。经紫外光谱分析,当结晶紫、番红花红T的浓度为5mg·L^-1和亚甲基兰浓度为15mg·L^-1时,盐泽螺旋藻对这三种染料都存在降解作用。当亚甲基兰浓度为2.5mg·L^-1时,盐泽螺旋藻对亚甲基兰脱色效果最好的pH范围为6.2~8.
The Spirulina subsalsa growth rates in the culture medium containing crystal violet, methylene blue and safranine T were studied. The Spirulina subsalsa's decolorizing ability for the above three dyes was also studied. In the culture solution with 20 mg·L^-1 crystal violet, the Spirulina subsalsa becomes yellow and is going to die. And in the culture solutions with 20 mg·L^-1 methylene blue and saflanine T respectively, the Spirulina subsalsa's growth rates is 85% and 89% of the control one, respectively. In the culture solutions with 15 mg·L^-1 methylene blue and 5 mg·L^-1 saflanine T respectively, Spirulina subsalsa 8 days decoloration efficiencies to methylene blue and safranine T are 98.9% and 95.6%, respectively. VIS-UV-spectra show that Spirulina subsalsa is able to degrade these three kinds of dyes when the solution containing 5 mg·L^-1 crystal violet, 5 mg·L^-1 saffanine T, and 15 mg·L^-1 methylene blue, respectively. When the concentration of methylene blue in the solution is 2.5 mg·L^-1, the optimal pH for Spirulina subsalsa to decolorize the dye is 6.2 to 8.4.
