摘要 提出了一种基于超声波频谱分析理论建模与实验标定的碳纤维复合材料孔隙率的检测方法,对碳纤维复合材料孔隙率的频域检测法进行实验分析和讨论,并通过具体示例进行验证,证实了该检测方法是可行的。 A new method based on ultrasonic spectrum analysis is proposed for non-destructive testing of void content of carbon fibre reinforced plastics. In order to analyze and discuss spectrum experiment spectrum analytic theory and application of void content measure testing of carbon fibre reinforced plastics is described. The method establishes a testing model, which is based on theoretical models and calibrated by experiment. An example to illustrate the implementation and realization of the method and the relative experiment results are given.
