摘要
针对数控车床加工切削仿真系统的开发,分析了几何仿真过程中的几个重点问题,并与之将切削力、切削功率等物理量仿真相结合,实现了切削模拟加工过程中切削力、切削功率曲线与刀具切削的同步,最后给出了一个切削加工仿真实例。
This paper analyzes several important problems of geometry simulation which are integrated with cutting force and cutting power aiming at the development of cutting simulation of NC lathe. This paper also makes the curves of cutting force and cutting power change synchronously with the tool cutting and gives a processing example at last.
