摘要
鞍钢6号高炉采用的是马琴式外燃式热风炉,该热风炉已安全高效运行了近30年(其间曾3次更换砖格子和陶瓷燃烧器),其热风温度最高达到1 310℃,目前风温仍维持在1 100℃以上。经分析认为,该热风炉高温长寿的原因主要是炉型设计和炉衬结构独特、耐火材料选择合理、砌筑方式正确、施工质量优良等。
The external combustion hot stove of Angang No. 6 BF had run for 30 years with high efficiency and in safety, and during this period, chequer and ceramic burner were replaced thrice. The highest hot blast temperature was up to 1310℃, and now it keeps above 1100℃. The results show that the reasons of long service of M-P hot stove at high temperature are special stove design and lining structure, suitable refractory, right bricking manner, high building quality, and so on.
