摘要
连铸坯的二次冷却技术对连铸机的产量及铸坯的质量极为重要。目前最新的连铸二次冷却技术为上位机配水技术,它包括铸坯目标温度确定、上位机与PLC的通讯、上位机理论计算、二冷水量确定等。杭钢转炉厂1号连铸机通过采用二级配水技术,铸坯的内部质量得到明显改善。≥2级的铸坯内部角裂纹由8.3%下降为0,铸坯总内部缺陷是同型号其他连铸机的36.3%;同时由于铸坯表面温度适当下降,铸坯表面氧化铁皮也有明显的减少。上位机从读数据、显示数据、计算水量到写给PLC数据,每6 s循环一次,实现了上位机在线闭环控制二冷水量。
The technology of secondary cooling is extremely important for output of the casting machine and quality of the strand. Until now the newest technology of secondary cooling is the level 2 computer control, including the determination of strand surface target temperature, the communication between the level 2 computer and the PLC, the determination of spraying water by computer. With this technology used on the No. 1 caster in the steelworks of Hangsteel, the inner quality of the strand was improved obviously. The corner cracking ≥2 grade was reduced from 8.3% to 0, the total inner defect was reduced to 36.3% compared with that on similar casters, and the scale on the surface was also reduced as its surface temperature was dropped. The cycle of actions from reading data, displaying data, calculating amount of spraying water, to giving data to the PLC, is performed by computer every six seconds. And on line and close-loop control of secondary cooling water is realized.
