摘要
阿维链霉菌HY1进行飞船搭载后,筛选得到了24株高产且遗传性状稳定的菌株,它们的总效价比出发菌株HY1提高24%以上,最高的达到了83%.同时,用HPLC法筛选B1a化学效价较高菌株,最终得到菌株2株,其中菌株HY365的总效价为5 924.7 mg/L,它的B1a化学效价为3 894.8 mg/L,占总效价的比例达到65.74%;HY516的B1a化学效价为3 151.9 mg/L,占总效价的59.90%.
After Streptomyces avermitilis HY1 come back from spaceship carrying, 24 strains with high productivity and stable genetics were screened out by two rounds screening. Their avermectin titers all increased over 24% and the highest one reached 83 %. 2 strains, HY365 and HY516, with high ratios of validation com- ponent Bl, were obtained by HPLC determination. Strain HY365 has total tilter of 5 924. 7 mg/L and 3 894.8 mg/L of B1a component, 65.74% of the total titer. And strain HYS16 has total tilter of 5 262.0 mg/L and 3 151.9 mg/L of B1a component, 59.90% of the total titer.
