摘要
随着现代诊疗技术的发展、医院信息系统的建成及大型医疗仪器的采用,医院每日产生大量的医学数据。中医行业如何充分利用这些医学数据所蕴含的信息,对于提升中医医疗水平和发展中医学术有着极为重要的现实意义。参照国际医学数据传输标准HL7,通过建立医学数据中心,利用现代先进的计算机技术构建中西医学数据整合框架体系,为中西医学数据整合、数据挖掘提供一个可靠的数据平台。
With the development of modern diagnosis and treatment technology,and adopting large medical devices,implementation of hospital information system,hospital produces amount of medical data every day. How to make full use of these medical data is very significant to promote diagnosis and treatment of TCM,and to develop TCM. This article discussed the architecture of implementation of data integration between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,by referencing to international standard HL7 to build a medical data center,by using computer technology to implement the process that all kinds of medical authorities＇ data submit to medical data center automatically,so provided a reality data center for data integration and data mining of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
