摘要
通过聚有机硅氧烷粘度、发泡剂品种、催化剂种类及其用量和反应温度之间的实验筛选,确定了制备聚有机硅氧烷泡沫材料的配方及工艺,制备了泡孔细密、分布均匀、耐热性能突出的聚有机硅氧烷泡沫材料。通过对羟基封端聚甲基硅氧烷的预聚,提高了树脂基体的粘度;选择季戊四醇降低了发泡剂H的分解温度;结果表明,季铵碱可以代替铂催化含氢硅油与羟基封端硅油、含氢硅油与乙烯基硅油之间的交联反应。
The formula and process preparing polyorgano-siloxane foam material was determined by selecting the polyorgano siloxane viscosity, the foamer types,the types and dosage of catalysts and the reaction temperature,the material having significant heat resistance and fine closely,even distribution porosities was prepared. The risen viscosity was increased by prepolymerizing hydroxyl-terminated polydimethyl siloxane; The decomposing temperature of foamer H was dropped by using pentaerythrite. The results showed that tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide could replace the platinum to catalyze the crosslink between hydrogen silicone and hydroxyl-terminated polydimethyl siloxane, to catalyze the crosslink between hydrogen silicone and ethvlene-teminated polydimethyl siloxane.
