摘要
运用Ca(OAc)2·H2O与K2HPO4·3H2O间的低热固相反应,合成了β-磷酸三钙。当n(Ca):n(P)=(4-5):2时,产率均可在85%以上,而且更加方便操作。IR、XRD、SEM、AMF测试结果表明,固相反应制得的β-磷酸三钙是纳米级的,经过800℃焙烧3h后,结晶更好,颗粒基本上呈均一的球状,粒径500nm左右。
β-Tricalcium phosphate were synthesized by solid state reaction between Ca(OAc)2·H2O and K2HPO4·3H2O at low-heating temperatures. When n(Ca):n(P)=(4-5):2, yields of the product were all higher than 85% , and the operation was much easier. The products were characterized by IR, XRD, SEM and AMF measurements. The result showed that the product thus prepared was originally in the nanometer scale, and it would be uniform granular crystals about 500 nm in size after being calcined at 800℃ for 3 h.
