摘要
用纤维素作还原剂还原低含量软锰矿,再用硫酸浸取制备了硫酸锰。考查了纤维素还原剂与软锰矿的质量比、纤维素粒度对还原效果的影响,分析了还原反应前后软锰矿矿物相的变化。实验表明,锰质量分数为19.02%的低含量软锰矿,纤维素还原剂与软锰矿粉的质量比m(还原剂):m(软锰矿粉)=1:4较好,纤维素还原剂的粒度130~97μm较好。纤维素还原剂可将94.68%以上的MnO2转化为MnO,经硫酸浸取,可制得符合国家标准的硫酸锰。在2t/d规模扩试结果基础上,已分别建成1万t/a和2千t/a规模的硫酸锰生产线,目前运行平稳,产品质量良好。
Some cellulose was used as reductant to reduce pyrolusite of low grade, and manganese sulfate was obtained by leaching the reaction product with sulphuric acid. The mass ratio of cellulose reductant to pyrolusite, the size of cellulose reductant and the component change of pyrolusite after reduction were investigated. For the pyrolusite with a manganese grade of 19. 02%, the optimum mass ratio of cellulose reductant to pyrolusite is 1:4 ,and the size of cellulose reductant ranges from 130μm to 97μm. The results showed that the cellulose reductant is able to reduce MnO2 to MnO with a conversion ratio more than 94.68%. The quality of manganese sulfate is superior to national standard. Based on a pilot test of 2 t/a,two factories,one is of 10 000 t/a production capacity and the other 2 000 t/a, were built, the operation was satisfactory and manganese sulfate of high quality was obtained in both.
