摘要
介绍了用于交流传动互馈试验平台的PWM整流器系统主电路的设计及参数选择。在以DSP为核心的控制系统上,实现了PWM整流器的同步PI电流控制。仿真与试验表明该系统不但能够提供稳定的直流电压,而且可实现网侧低谐波正弦电流控制、功率因数高以及电能的双向传输。应用于互馈试验平台中,该整流器只需提供系统的损耗功率,大大降低了整流器容量,使得采用中小功率的三相桥式四象限变流器即可完成对中大功率的试验平台供电。
The paper presents the research results of the PWM rectifier system used for the reciprocal power fed test rig. Design of the main circuit and selection of the parameters are given in detail. Synchronous PI current control of the PWM rectifier is implemented in the control system with the DSP of core. Simulations and experimental results show that the system provides the steady DC voltage as well as the low harmonic line current, unity power factor and bidirectional power flow. Since the PWM rectifier for the reciprocal power-fed test rig provides only the dissipation power of the system, its rated power capacity is decreased greatly. Thus the medium low-power three-phase bridge-type 4-quadrant converter is able to supply the medium high-power test rig.
