翡翠贻贝中牛磺酸提取的工艺研究 被引量:19

Study on the extraction of taurine derived from perna viridis

摘要 采用离子交换树脂柱析法对贻贝中牛磺酸的提取工艺进行了研究,正交试验结果表明乙醇提取的最佳工艺条件为:温度80℃、60%乙醇浓度、提取时间为60min、料液比为15∶、提取次数为3次。 This paper studied the extraction condition of taurine derived from perna viridis and discussed the feasibility of refining taurine by ion exchange resin column chromatography. The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum extraction condition to achieve the maximum yields of taurine were reported as: at 80%, the materials were extracted in solution of ethanol at the concentration of 60% for 60min for 3 times, and the ratio of the material and solution was 1:5.
