摘要
涞源镜铁矿石全铁品位在55%左右,其中方解石含量约为15%,提纯镜铁矿需要除去方解石,利用浮选法和煅烧法虽然也能选出大部分方解石,但没有酸浸法去除的更干净、更彻底,酸浸法可使CaO的含量降至0.09%,并且费用较低。
The total iron grade of specularite in Laiyuan Iron Mine was about 55 %, in which the calcite content was about 15%. The calcite needs to be removed in purification of specularite. Compared with flotation and calcination, the acid leaching method was the most effective method in removing of the calcite. This method reduced the content of CaO to 0. 09% and had low costs.
