摘要
研究了Cu2+、Zn2+对蛹虫草菌丝体抗氧化酶活性及脂氧化水平的影响。结果表明:高浓度的Cu2+抑制菌丝体的生长和细胞内抗氧化酶的活性;高浓度的Zn2+对菌丝体的生长也有抑制作用但抗氧化酶的活性变化不大。脂氧化水平随细胞内过氧化状态的变化而变化。蛹虫草菌丝体对Cu2+、Zn2+有较高的耐受度。
The effect of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ stress on antioxidant enzyme activity and membrane lipid peroxi dation level (LPO) of entomogenous fungal species cordyceps militaris was studied, Cu, and Zn containing superoxide dismutase (Cu, Zn-SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity were detectable in the culture filtrates, and intracellular Cu, Zn-SOD and CAT activity as a proportion protein was the highest in early log phase culture, LPO was estimated based on thiobarbituric acid (TBA) reactivity. The results showed that Cu^2+ excess could restrain culture growth and antioxidant enzyme activity; Zn^2+ excess also could restrain culture growth, but antioxidant enzyme activity in the ceils appeared to be insensitive to Zn^2+ excess. The LPO levels in the ceils were relative to the cell oxidative conditions. The strain C. militaris has high resistance to Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ , and has high levels of antioxidant enzyme activities.
